Our service provider called ahead to ask if he could come early. We were very happy about this as we had a 12:00 to 4:00 window. He was polite and addressed us with respect. He proceeded to service our heating system. After completing this service he showed us some recommendations to help with heating efficiency. Asked how we liked the ion air cleaning system we had added. We told him we had no dust on our furniture since adding the system as well as having no viruses. This was money well spent to improve the air quality in our home. When we book our spring service for our air conditioning we will ask for Mike.

Andres called ahead to tell us he was on his way. He arrived at the house and immediately started looking at the problem after speaking with the tenant about the problem. Andres was very polite and advised the tenant of a number of things that were wrong and needed to be addressed. When he was done he completed the invoice and called me to discuss the repairs. I was very pleased with his professionalism and would ask for him again when I need to do another service.

Service technician John Netti came on time and did maintenance work on my hvac. He gave important tips on settings for the thermostat during winter to not trigger the AC unit in cold weather and on how to utilize fan settings to increase comfort levels at home.

Jory was absolutely incredible, and I'm so glad that he was able to fix the issues that we were having at the home with our HVAC system. EH&C is absolutely my favorite choice and we will be using them for all of our HVAC services. Oh, and they also have amazing customer service too! Diagnosed and repaired an AC system that was not cooling. After inspecting the unit, I found a faulty capacitor in the outdoor condenser. Replaced the capacitor and verified that the refrigerant levels were within the optimal range. The system was then tested, confirming proper cooling output and efficient operation. The unit is now functioning as expected.
Repaired an air conditioner on a Goodman GSX14 unit. The system was short-cycling due to a clogged evaporator coil. Cleaned the coil thoroughly and checked the blower motor for proper operation.
